Job Description
A reputable healthcare consulting firm in Centennial, CO is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support executive leadership in driving company-wide priorities, aligning cross-functional teams, and strengthening internal operations. This key role will act as a trusted partner to the executive team, leading initiatives such as M&A integration, KPI development and reporting, executive meeting facilitation, and cross-departmental communication.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000 / year DOE
Chief of Staff Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic right hand to the equity partners and executive leadership
- Lead and coordinate internal initiatives including M&A integration, change management, and strategic planning
- Drive communication and alignment between departments and executive stakeholders
- Run and facilitate executive leadership meetings and follow-up execution
- Provide KPI tracking, reporting, and operational insights to support decision-making
- Partner closely with HR, IT, and administrative teams to enhance operational processes
- Support company culture initiatives and reinforce a merit-based work environment
- Travel occasionally to connect with key office locations nationwide
Chief of Staff Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Prior experience in healthcare, consulting, or professional services required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Strong ability to manage multiple executive stakeholders and complex org structures
- High emotional intelligence, strong critical thinking, and confident communication skills
- Familiarity with M&A integration, HR systems, or working with holding companies a plus
- Experience with Sage or compensation/payroll systems preferred
