Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple executive calendars with professionalism and urgency
- Support planning and logistics for firmwide events and leadership conferences
- Maintain office supplies, organize communal areas, and oversee general office operations
- Process expense reports accurately using Concur
- Collaborate with administrative teammates to ensure seamless team support
- Track and log data into CRM systems such as Deal Cloud
- Stay ahead of executive needs through proactive communication and follow-through
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience supporting multiple professionals
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams, and Dropbox
- Prior experience with Concur expense reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication with a polished, professional demeanor
- Background in private equity, consulting, legal, or professional services preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize shifting deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support wherever needed
