Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple executive calendars with professionalism and urgency
  • Support planning and logistics for firmwide events and leadership conferences
  • Maintain office supplies, organize communal areas, and oversee general office operations
  • Process expense reports accurately using Concur
  • Collaborate with administrative teammates to ensure seamless team support
  • Track and log data into CRM systems such as Deal Cloud
  • Stay ahead of executive needs through proactive communication and follow-through

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience supporting multiple professionals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams, and Dropbox
  • Prior experience with Concur expense reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Background in private equity, consulting, legal, or professional services preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize shifting deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support wherever needed
