A leading executive search and advisory firm in the private equity space is hiring an Administrative Assistant for its Rye, NY office. Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000 / year DOE

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-volume, multi-timezone scheduling between private equity clients and executive candidates
  • Manage complex calendars for senior leaders, proactively resolving conflicts and tracking timelines
  • Support daily operations by preparing agendas, updating tracking systems, and formatting reports
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal team members and external stakeholders
  • Arrange video and in-person meetings and provide consistent, polished follow-up
  • Assist with travel booking, expense reporting, and occasional office support like ordering lunch
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism while juggling multiple high-priority tasks

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • 2+ years in administrative support, executive assistant, recruiting coordination, or client services
  • Professional services or executive search industry experience strongly preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and meeting invites
  • Strong follow-through, excellent attention to detail, and top-tier organizational skills
  • Polished, upbeat, and professional demeanor with a client service mindset
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
