Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify paperwork for opening new client accounts and transferring assets accurately
- Maintain and update detailed client records using CRM software to ensure current information
- Process a variety of client transactions including wires, ACH transfers, and check deposits with precision
- Assist clients by handling account changes such as linking bank accounts, updating addresses, and managing beneficiaries
- Track and manage required minimum distributions (RMDs) while generating timely reports for clients and CPAs
- Distribute quarterly client statements and reports through email or postal mail to ensure clients stay informed
- Support daily office operations by answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, and organizing documents
Client Service Associate Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant financial services or investment firm experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM databases, and DocuSign
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable with onsite work and a hybrid schedule after training period
