A trusted name in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join its rapidly growing team. This onsite role is perfect for a detail-oriented leader who can drive project execution, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality across commercial HVAC projects from start to finish. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within one of Central Texas’ largest mechanical contractors.

Commercial HVAC Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee general contract and subcontract administration throughout the project lifecycle
• Schedule, procure, and coordinate materials, equipment, and field logistics
• Review shop drawings and submittals; ensure timely approval and delivery
• Manage project costs, budgets, and financial reporting
• Review subcontractor/vendor pay applications and support timely processing
• Lead project coordination meetings and document key takeaways
• Supervise subcontractor field installations and ensure alignment with project schedules
• Evaluate and negotiate change proposals with subcontractors and vendors
• Troubleshoot challenges related to timelines, construction methods, or coordination
• Ensure quality control, punch lists, and close-out documentation are completed

Commercial HVAC Project Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial HVAC projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, project scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Commercial new construction experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Bluebeam and Navisworks is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and committed to meeting deadlines
