A leading wealth management firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to support their growing advisory team. This is a dynamic opportunity to work directly with high-net-worth clients, contribute to personalized financial planning, and gain hands-on experience alongside senior leadership. You’ll play a key role in preparing client plans, conducting financial analysis, and supporting the seamless execution of retirement, tax, and investment strategies. Salary Range: $70,000 – $110,000 / year DOE

Paraplanner Responsibilities:

• Support the President with high-net-worth clients
• Assist with the preparation and follow-up of client meetings
• Input data and develop customized financial and retirement plans using proprietary tools
• Prepare reports including investment summaries and asset allocation analyses
• Provide onboarding support for new clients and coordinate transitions
• Assist with tax planning, retirement income strategies, and annuity illustrations
• Communicate directly with clients for updates and follow-ups as needed

Paraplanner Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial services role
• CFP and/or Series 65/66 licensure required, only one is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; experience with any CRM system is acceptable
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite initially; after 6 months, eligible for 2 remote workdays per quarter
• Must be polished, client-focused, and confident handling high-net-worth clients
