A prestigious luxury hospitality group in downtown Nashville is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef & Food and Beverage Director to lead all culinary and F&B operations at a high-end, award-winning hotel. Executive Chef & Food and Beverage Director Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all culinary and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction and service delivery
  • Strategically manage food and beverage costs, staffing, inventory, and supplies
  • Monitor and respond to guest satisfaction and Forbes feedback scores daily
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of culinary and F&B leaders with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with department heads on new menu activations and event planning
  • Maintain a strong presence during peak service hours to lead by example
  • Uphold Forbes standards and ensure consistency across all outlets

Executive Chef & Food and Beverage Director Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive culinary and F&B leadership experience, ideally in luxury hospitality
  • Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef and/or F&B Director
  • 5+ years of banquet management in a high-end hotel or multi-unit setting
  • Hands-on experience with Forbes, Michelin, or AAA dining service standards
  • Strong financial and operational business acumen
  • Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine and/or sommelier certification is a plus
