A thriving property management company is seeking a personable, highly organized Construction Concierge to support a mixed-use property in Culver City during a major construction project. Acting as a liaison between tenants, property management, and construction teams, this individual will ensure smooth communication, accurate scheduling, and a top-tier tenant experience throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that demands clear communication and proactive problem solving.

Salary Range: $20 – $25 / hourly

Construction Concierge Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding construction updates and timelines
• Draft memos, weekly updates, and professional email communications
• Track construction schedules and follow up with contractors on progress or delays
• Relay timely information to tenants on upcoming construction-related activities
• Attend weekly construction meetings and collaborate closely with the property manager and site supervisor
• Support coordination of contractor access to residential units
• Maintain organized records, schedules, and tenant concerns
• Ensure tenants feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the project

Construction Concierge Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, administrative roles, or production assistance
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to remain friendly and firm
• Highly organized and comfortable managing shifting priorities
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 7am–4pm
• Experience in real estate, property management, or tenant relations is a plus
• Comfortable interfacing with contractors and residents alike
• Confident, self-directed, and calm under pressure
