A global leader in the textile recycling industry is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Sales Assistant to support the Sales Director with order processing, customer communication, shipments, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional eager to learn the full logistics and sales cycle in a mission-driven environment.

Bilingual Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Director with processing orders, shipments, and supplier/customer coordination
• Collect and manage customer information accurately
• Generate quotes and invoices based on team input
• Track and update customer transaction records
• Provide timely updates on order status and resolve inquiries
• Reconcile inventory against open orders
• Maintain strong communication with logistics and operations teams
• Assist in daily office tasks and be a go-to resource for the sales department
• Participate in 3–6 months of comprehensive hands-on training

Bilingual Sales Assistant Requirements:

• 3+ years in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or similar role
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Proven experience managing customer info and processing transactions
• Comfortable working across multiple departments and systems
• Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Friendly, team-oriented, and driven personality
• Must be willing to work onsite full-time in Atlanta
• Experience in used clothing, donations, or recycling industries is a plus
• Familiarity with shipping/logistics is preferred
