A leader in smart property management solutions is seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist to support its accounting operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing payables, maintaining vendor relationships, and resolving disputes through critical thinking and research. Salary Range: $23 – $25 / hourly

AP Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage accounts payable workflows in Sage Intacct and the company’s internal platform
• Research and resolve payment disputes and discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments
• Assist in the month-end close process and ensure all documentation is current
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and AP activity
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation initiatives

AP Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of AP experience, collections/dispute resolution background highly preferred
• APS Specialist AP Certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months
• Experience using accounting software, Sage Intacct preferred
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in an evolving environment
• Must be able to work hybrid in Denver, CO
• BA degree preferred
