HVAC Service Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by identifying and qualifying commercial and industrial HVAC service prospects within 2-hour radius of Pittsburgh
• Manage and grow service contract portfolio focusing on renewals and increasing preventative maintenance revenue
• Develop and present customized HVAC proposals by analyzing client needs and onsite assessments to recommend tailored solutions
• Conduct onsite sales visits to build client relationships and communicate technical HVAC solutions to decision-makers
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to review contracts, identify improvements, and ensure profitability and retention
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline by tracking daily activities, managing follow-ups, and prioritizing key leads
• Network with property managers, developers, and builders to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors
• Monitor contract renewals, implement price increases, and gather customer feedback to support ongoing sales growth and enhance client satisfaction

HVAC Service Account Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of B2B field sales experience
• Proven track record in client presentations and contract negotiation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals at once
• Comfortable networking and building lasting client relationships
• Quick to learn technical language, especially HVAC terminology
• Experience creating proposals and following through to close
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
