Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for a large residential and commercial property

• Troubleshoot and repair issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and safety systems

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on maintenance experience with proven leadership skills
• Background in managing maintenance teams in apartment or hotel environments
• HVAC EPA certification and strong plumbing and leak repair knowledge
• Valid forklift operating experience
• Familiarity with property management software or related systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
