A global leader in architectural interiors and building envelope solutions is seeking a National Sales Manager to spearhead the launch of their high-end partition product line across the United States. Based in Atlanta, this role is ideal for a driven and experienced industry sales professional ready to build a market from the ground up. Candidates will travel weekly to meet with clients, lead business development efforts, and eventually scale a dedicated sales team. This is a unique opportunity to train internationally, work with a respected German manufacturer, and shape the future of a new product line in the U.S. Those who are ambitious, self-motivated, and passionate about innovative design solutions will thrive in this dynamic, growth-focused environment.
National Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Travel to client sites weekly (Mon–Thurs) to educate and promote a high-quality partition system
- Lead initial market development by identifying sales opportunities, building relationships, and developing a client base across target sectors
- Coordinate with furniture suppliers and architectural firms to generate leads and secure specifications
- Host presentations and lunch-and-learns to showcase product capabilities and gain traction with new clients
- Prepare quotes, client-facing proposals, and customized presentations to drive sales engagements
- Serve as the U.S. subject matter expert after training in Germany, providing guidance on product specs and installation methods
- Recruit and mentor future sales team members as U.S. growth accelerates
National Sales Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of industry sales experience in architectural interiors or partitions
- Proven experience selling movable wall or partition systems
- Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas
- Comfortable with extensive travel (Mon–Thurs weekly)
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to independently manage a new market
- Comfortable in a high-accountability, performance-driven culture
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
