Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 / year DOE + commission

Showroom Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Welcome walk-in customers and guide them through appliance and electronics selections based on their needs
• Deliver in-depth product information and demonstrate features to support confident customer purchasing decisions
• Handle transactions, process payments, and ensure a smooth and professional sales experience at the register
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom that highlights current product displays and enhances customer engagement
• Build lasting customer relationships by providing attentive, helpful service and personalized shopping experiences
• Stay current on new product lines, features, and industry trends to better assist customers and drive sales
• Support incoming phone inquiries and assist with placing phone orders when needed to meet customer expectations

Showroom Sales Associate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Background in retail sales; furniture, mattresses, or related industries strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to work weekends, including 3 Sundays per month
• Reliable, organized, and customer-service oriented
