Job Description
A thriving restoration company is seeking a driven and personable Business Development Representative to join their growing team in Billings, MT. This is a high-impact role focused on building strong relationships and generating new business with insurance agents, commercial properties, multifamily, and residential clients. You’ll take ownership of an established book of business while actively expanding your territory through in-person visits, networking, and strategic outreach. This role offers a mix of field and in-office work, no overnight travel, and uncapped commission potential. They are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and professional sales pro who’s passionate about building long-term relationships.
Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a book of business in the Billings market
- Network with insurance agents, commercial property owners, and residential clients
- Host and attend local events, industry mixers, and educational seminars
- Execute a strategic sales plan with the support of company leadership
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and CRM follow-up
- Present and educate prospective clients on disaster restoration services
- Maintain detailed records of activity and sales progress in the CRM
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience
Business Development Representative Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably service-based
- Experience selling to commercial clients or insurance agents
- Demonstrated success in new business generation and relationship management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in web-based CRM platforms
- Must be comfortable working independently and out in the field
