A leading national labor and employment law firm is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate to join their dynamic Phoenix office. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload focused on employment litigation, including defending employers in disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour matters. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop deep client relationships while working with multiple partners on a wide range of cases.

Employment Litigation Associate Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to discovery, initial pleadings, dispositive motions, and agency position statements
• Take and defend depositions; argue motions effectively
• Collaborate with multiple partners and participate in firm-wide development opportunities
• Manage multiple complex cases and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Actively participate in client meetings and strategy discussions

Employment Litigation Associate Requirements:

• 4+ years of employment litigation experience
• Strong litigation background; experience in employment and/or restrictive covenants/trade secrets law preferred
• Barred and in good standing in Arizona
• Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills
• Comfortable managing multiple cases independently and working directly with clients
