A leading national labor and employment law firm is seeking a highly motivated Employment Litigation Associate Attorney for their Dallas office. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex employment litigation matters, engage directly with clients, and play a vital role in case strategy and execution. Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation cases independently, including trial and arbitration matters
• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, and prepare and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Engage in client-facing work, providing guidance on discrimination cases, restrictive covenant issues, and day-to-day employment law challenges
• Collaborate with multiple partners on diverse cases
• Maintain 2,000 billable hours annually

Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:

• 5+ years of employment litigation experience
• Trial and arbitration experience required
• Experience handling discrimination cases and restrictive covenant matters
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
