Job Description

Remote or Hybrid (based on experience)

A prestigious boutique labor and employment litigation firm is seeking a high-performing Employment Litigation Counsel to join its hybrid or fully remote team. This is an exceptionally rare opportunity at a small, elite firm known for offering unmatched mentorship, true hands-on experience, and some of the fastest, clearest inroads to partnership in the practice area.

If you are energized by impact, motivated by growth, and passionate about actually litigating, not just papering cases, this is the firm where ambitious attorneys thrive. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with nationally respected trial lawyers, gain deep ownership over your matters, and have real opportunities to chair trials, drive strategy, and develop as a courtroom advocate at a pace that far surpasses traditional firms.

This role combines big-law sophistication with boutique-firm autonomy and intentional career development, making it an ideal fit for attorneys who want meaningful work, direct mentorship, and a long-term path to leadership, without sacrificing flexibility or quality of life. If you have a strong growth mindset and are ready to build something extraordinary, this is a rare opening at one of the most sought-after firms in the employment litigation space.

Salary Range: $110,000 – $200,000+ / year DOE
