A rapidly growing company in the ride-share and micromobility industry is seeking a Head of Revenue to lead the entire customer revenue lifecycle. This is a remote role with regular in-office presence, preferred to be based in New York City or near other key locations in South Florida or Southern California (San Diego), that focuses on unifying sales, marketing, partnerships, and account growth into a data-driven revenue strategy. Ideal for an experienced revenue leader with strong cross-functional skills and a knack for managing complex municipal or government sales cycles. The role offers high visibility, leadership of a growing team, competitive compensation with base and bonus, and an opportunity to grow into a chief revenue officer position at a company poised for substantial growth.

Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000 / year DOE + bonus

Head of Revenue Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full revenue lifecycle including lead generation, deal closure, contract execution, and account expansion
  • Develop and execute data-driven revenue strategies integrating sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success
  • Coach and oversee a team of direct and indirect reports to achieve revenue goals and improve sales processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing, deal structuring, and customer relationship management
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders with municipal and government entities
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform executive leadership
  • Drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships

Head of Revenue Requirements:

  • 10+ years in senior revenue leadership roles
  • 5+ years experience working with municipal or government clients with a deep understanding of public procurement processes
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets in complex B2B or B2G environments
  • Strong financial and analytical skills including proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree required; growth stage or startup experience scaling a company from 25MM to 50MM+ preferred
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with ability to manage both strategy and execution
  • Ability to travel regularly and work collaboratively across multiple markets
