A financial advisory firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate Financial Advisor to join its growing wealth management team. This is a rare opportunity to work with warm, inbound leads and grow into a Senior Advisor role. You’ll be trained in a proven system that converts consistently and supports your rapid advancement. Associate Financial Advisor Responsibilities:
- Meet with 4–5 clients daily in-person to guide retirement and investment planning
- Build comprehensive financial plans using eMoney and Nitrogen
- Conduct strategic annual reviews and maintain strong ongoing client relationships
- Follow a defined sales process and close high-conversion warm leads from in-house marketing
- Collaborate with internal client service, new business, and engagement teams
- Assist with onboarding and servicing new accounts until book of business grows
- Participate in company training and team development activities
Associate Financial Advisor Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor at an RIA
- Active Series 65 license or ability to obtain before start
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Must not hold Series 7 or 63
- Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to obtain insurance license within 90 days of hire
- Strong communication skills, client-service mindset, and competitive drive
