Job Description

A thriving law firm looking for an experienced Real Estate Attorney to support their thriving real estate practice. This role focuses heavily on drafting and negotiating complex real estate construction contracts for high-profile clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney passionate about real estate law and looking for long-term career growth.

Salary Range: $265,000 – $285,000 / year DOE

Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate real estate and construction contracts
  • Support the firm’s senior real estate partners with complex transactional matters
  • Advise clients on acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development projects
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution

Real Estate Attorney Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of real estate transactional experience
  • Extensive experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts
  • Barred and in good standing in California
  • Excellent academic credentials and professional stability
