A thriving law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney where you will take on diverse, complex litigation matters for high-profile clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to assume front-line strategic responsibilities, handle depositions and motions, and work across various litigation areas.

Salary Range: $230,000 – $255,000 / year DOE

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate a wide range of commercial and business disputes
• Take and defend depositions; argue motions in court
• Participate in high-profile cases involving entertainment, IP, real estate, and high-net-worth individuals
• Collaborate with partners and contribute to trial preparation and strategy
• Engage in client development and relationship management

Litigation Attorney Requirements:

•  3-6 years of litigation experience
• Experience with depositions and motion practice; trial experience is a plus
• Barred and in good standing in California
• Strong academic background and job stability
• Experience in at least one of the following: IP, 1st Amendment, entertainment, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, probate litigation, employment litigation
