A thriving law firm is seeking a talented and experienced Corporate, Finance, and Securities Attorney to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on sophisticated M&A transactions, financing deals, and providing outside general counsel services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong deal experience, and is excited to work with high-net-worth clients and middle-market companies.

Salary Range: $255,000 – $275,000 / year DOE

Corporate, Finance, and Securities Attorney Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex M&A transactions representing buyers and sellers
• Draft and negotiate primary transaction documents and equity financing agreements
• Provide outside general counsel support, including reviewing contracts and vendor agreements
• Collaborate with clients considering business sales and assist in strategic planning
• Maintain excellent client relationships and participate in business development initiatives

Corporate, Finance, and Securities Attorney Requirements:

• 6-8 years of transactional law experience
• Strong experience with M&A and equity financing transactions
• Fund formation experience is a plus
• Barred and in good standing in California
• Excellent academic credentials and professional stability
