A nationally recognized nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team in Inglewood, California. Salary Range: $30 – $40 / hour DOE

Executive Assistant to the CEO / Board Liaison Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar and priority management
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, board sessions, and leadership events, including preparing detailed materials and agendas
  • Create, edit, and manage internal communications, PowerPoint presentations, and executive reports
  • Manage complex travel arrangements and reconcile expenses through platforms like SAP Concur
  • Serve as liaison between executive leadership and internal teams or external partners
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables while managing urgent priorities
  • Ensure smooth execution of board-related responsibilities, including protocol compliance and timely distribution of board packets

Executive Assistant to the CEO / Board Liaison Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced settings
  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating with or supporting a board of directors
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience strongly considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SharePoint and SAP Concur a plus
  • Strong time management skills and ability to balance shifting priorities under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in clarifying tasks or asking for support
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with a proactive problem-solving mindset
