A family-owned leader in custom packaging solutions is looking for a Fold and Glue Set-Up Operator to join their hands-on manufacturing team. This is a vital, mechanically focused position where you’ll be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and lightly maintaining fold-and-glue machines that form and seal cardboard boxes for various clients.

Fold and Glue Set-Up Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up fold-and-glue machines to fit job specifications
• Adjust, calibrate, and fine-tune 60-foot folding systems for each unique job
• Transition between six machines as needed to keep production flowing
• Perform light maintenance: greasing, oiling, replacing belts, and basic part swaps
• Ensure proper machine function before passing off to operators for continuous runs
• Communicate with the team lead and operators to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Fold and Glue Set-Up Operator Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a mechanical/production environment
• Experience with folder gluer machines or similar industrial equipment strongly preferred
• Comfortable with hands-on mechanical work
• Experience with SpeedKing or international machines is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule
• Willing to start on first shift for training, with potential to transition to 2nd or swing shift
• Prior experience in packaging, printing, folding, or mechanical operations is a plus
• Ability to speak Spanish is welcomed; English fluency is not required
