Job Description
A fast-growing division of a private parking company is seeking a dynamic, self-starting Sales Representative to help expand their presence across Florida. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing deals with regional property managers in the multifamily housing, retail, university, and commercial real estate sectors. The right candidate is motivated by uncapped earning potential and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. They are looking for a confident, well-connected sales professional with experience in the property management world who can build strong relationships and close long-term, high-revenue contracts.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cold-call regional property managers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person presentations to showcase the company’s tech-enabled parking solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing
- Leverage your existing network to accelerate pipeline development
- Collaborate with the President for technical support in meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate client and activity records using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Represent the company at industry events or meetings as needed
Sales Representative Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling services or SaaS to the real estate or property management sectors
- Established network of regional property managers or a background as a regional manager in multifamily housing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- CRM experience and comfort with MS Office tools
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a professional demeanor
- Must have your own cell phone and reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in security, towing, or parking management sales is a plus
