A national insurance litigation firm is seeking an Litigation Attorney to join its growing Austin office. In this role, you will support a high-volume docket of insurance subrogation matters—representing insurance carriers in plaintiff-side litigation. Once trained, you will manage approximately 100 smaller cases from inception through resolution, gaining extensive hands-on litigation experience across discovery, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation. They are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented attorney with 2–3 years of litigation experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mentorship-driven environment.

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle a high-volume caseload
• Manage all aspects of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial prep
• Direct client communication and reporting
• Collaborate with team members and proactively seek support when needed
• Participate in firm-sponsored seminars and marketing efforts
• Track billable time accurately

Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• 2–3 years of complex litigation experience in Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, or related fields
• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high caseload
• Discovery, hearing, and deposition experience preferred
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with ProLaw and Microsoft Office
• Responsible and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
