A trusted name in HVAC distribution is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead its Dubuque location. This role is responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing a team of inside sales and warehouse staff, and ensuring operational and financial success. Branch Manager Responsibilities:

• Own the profitability and performance of the Dubuque branch
• Manage and support a team of inside sales reps and warehouse staff
• Oversee daily operations including order processing, invoicing, scheduling, and inventory flow
• Maintain and monitor assets such as trucks and forklifts; ensure maintenance is up to date
• Review financial reports, invoices, and cost controls
• Coordinate with other branch managers for product movement and resource planning
• Conduct regular team sync meetings, performance reviews, and staff training
• Establish workflow processes and delegate responsibilities to ensure efficiency
• Engage with customers directly as needed and provide top-notch service

Branch Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC distribution management experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to oversee operational details while keeping the big picture in mind
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; CRM implementation experience a plus
• Must be open to occasional travel to HQ for onboarding or meetings
• Experience managing change or leading a branch through a growth phase
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability
