Salary Range: $215,000 – $290,000 / year DOE

Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Associate Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex litigation matters including financial services, commercial, and product liability cases
  • Draft, argue, and respond to motions in both state and federal courts
  • Oversee written discovery and collaborate with support staff for case documentation
  • Take and defend depositions with second-chair trial involvement
  • Coordinate with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategy
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses and reports
  • Contribute to client development by building long-term professional relationships

Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Associate Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of complex litigation experience in a law firm environment
  • Admitted and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
  • Experience defending depositions and managing discovery processes
  • Prior second-chair trial experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple high-stakes cases
  • Background in both civil and criminal litigation is a plus
