Job Description

A thriving commercial construction company specializing in paving and snow removal services for property management firms and commercial real estate owners is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Professional to join its team in Romeoville, IL. Salary Range: $60,000 − $70,000 / year DOE 

Outside Sales Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in commercial services or property management 
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source and close new business opportunities 
  • Strong organizational skills with a results-driven approach 
  • Excellent phone and in-person communication skills 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, Salesforce experience is a plus 
  • Professional yet adaptable communication style=””>Willingness to balance office collaboration with field-based client engagement 
  • Ability to work in an office setting 

Outside Sales Responsibilities: 

  • Prospect and generate new leads through targeted outreach to property management firms and commercial real estate owners 
  • Leverage Salesforce lead lists and market research to identify high-potential opportunities 
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle—from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing 
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through in-person meetings, calls, and email correspondence 
  • Attend weekly sales strategy meetings to align on priorities and pipeline development 
  • Utilize company-provided tools and resources to maximize efficiency
