Salary Range: $60,000 − $70,000 / year DOE
Outside Sales Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in commercial services or property management
- Demonstrated ability to independently source and close new business opportunities
- Strong organizational skills with a results-driven approach
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Salesforce experience is a plus
- Professional yet adaptable communication style=””>Willingness to balance office collaboration with field-based client engagement
- Ability to work in an office setting
Outside Sales Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through targeted outreach to property management firms and commercial real estate owners
- Leverage Salesforce lead lists and market research to identify high-potential opportunities
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle—from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through in-person meetings, calls, and email correspondence
- Attend weekly sales strategy meetings to align on priorities and pipeline development
- Utilize company-provided tools and resources to maximize efficiency
