A growing commercial services company in the construction industry, located in Burr Ridge, IL, is seeking an Outside Paving and Snow Removal Sales professional. This position is focused on building and managing long-term relationships with commercial property managers and owners, selling seasonal snow removal and paving services. Ideal for a driven, outgoing B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working in the field, and creating real impact through a hands-on approach. Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 / year DOE

Outside Paving and Snow Removal Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop new client relationships with commercial property owners and managers
  • Sell seasonal paving and snow removal services through in-person and phone outreach
  • Manage client accounts, maintain regular communication, and provide ongoing service support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate accurate proposals and bids
  • Maintain and update lead data in Salesforce
  • Participate in weekly Monday morning sales meetings
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to expand visibility and referrals

Outside Paving and Snow Removal Sales Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in commercial services or property management sectors
  • Proven success in developing leads and closing new business
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple relationships
  • Outgoing and assertive communicator with strong follow-up skills
  • Hunter mentality with a drive for growth and income potential
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Degree preferred but not required
