Job Description

A long-standing gold dealer in Los Angeles, CA is hiring two Sales Representatives to join a high-performance team focused on direct-to-consumer sales. This is not a cold-calling role — all leads are inbound and pre-qualified. As a Sales Representative, you’ll handle incoming inquiries from clients across the U.S., helping them invest in gold, silver, platinum, and palladium through self-directed IRAs and cash accounts. They are looking for driven sales professionals who are coachable, disciplined, and ready to build a high-earning book of business. Ideal candidates are tenacious, confident on the phone, and comfortable engaging with a small-town American client base.

Salary Range: $48,000 / year DOE

Sales Representative Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads and conduct outbound follow-ups
  • Qualify prospective clients and build relationships over multiple conversations
  • Educate clients on investment products and guide them through transactions
  • Maintain accurate records using proprietary software
  • Manage a sales pipeline with timelines ranging from days to months
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders for training and mentorship
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets

Sales Representative Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience
  • Background in high-volume phone sales (e.g., solar, financial services, precious metals)
  • Strong phone presence with clear, professional communication style=””>Highly coachable and open to feedback and process training
  • Able to handle a high call volume while maintaining quality conversations
  • Strong work ethic with a consistent and positive mindset
  • Interest in investing, financial markets, or geopolitics is a plus
