Job Description
A boutique and rapidly growing RIA firm is seeking a highly experienced Client Service Associate to join its dynamic operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and has deep experience handling complex account openings, subscription documentation for alternative investments, and custodial operations. As a CSA, you will support multiple high-performing advisors and ensure a high standard of accuracy and client service.
They are looking for a proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic, a backbone to handle pressure, and professionalism to maintain top-quality output under tight deadlines.
Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage complex account openings for LLCs, trusts, partnerships, and individual clients
- Prepare and process subscription documents for alternative investments
- Monitor and manage client workflows and service requests
- Execute wire transfers and handle significant money movement securely and efficiently
- Enter trade instructions into custodial systems
- Coordinate with fund administrators and custodians for account updates and documentation
- Assist advisors by preparing investment paperwork and client documents
- Maintain accuracy and organization across multiple high-net-worth client portfolios
- Contribute to a team-based environment with a strong client-first culture
Client Service Associate Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience as a Client Service Associate in financial services, preferably within an RIA
- Proven experience handling complex entity structures
- Prior experience working with custodians like Schwab and/or Pershing
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Highly Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish, and experience with alternative investments
