As we continue to grow, we are seeking a sales-savvy and ambitious Sales Development Representative to support our fast-growing team and generate leads. The ideal candidate is a true Jack or Jill of all trades—structured but creative, with the ability to think outside the box. This person needs to be a strong communicator—upbeat, persistent, and able to perform outreach without fear of rejection. We are looking for someone who can manage their time well and present ideas in a clear, professional manner—on paper, in person, and over the phone. The ideal candidate is a direct communicator with exceptional follow-through skills who demonstrates assertiveness and confidence during client interactions, someone who works at high-speed capacity with hyper attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 / year DOE

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

• Heavy cold calling and emailing outreach to companies and turning them into clients
• Inputting client information into the system
• Maintaining and organizing schedules for the Account Management team
• Using professional communication etiquette and listening skills to effectively and compassionately guide clients and schedule appointments
• Following through on all communication platforms and recalling the activity on each engagement to anticipate next steps
• Performing various assisting tasks as needed

Sales Development Representative Requirements:

• Outbound call experience with both hot and cold leads
• Interest or previous experience in Sales/Staffing Industry required
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
• A persuasive speaker who loves communicating
• Someone who is savvy and performs best when thinking on their feet
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
• A quick learner with a positive attitude, who approaches challenges with an inquisitive mindset
