A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team in Livingston, TX. This onsite role will play a critical part in managing the company’s financial records, monitoring cash flow, handling accounts payable and receivable, and performing bank reconciliations. The Bookkeeper will report to the Senior Bookkeeper initially, with an opportunity to grow into that role upon retirement. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a casual, family-oriented environment. Bookkeeper Responsibilities: 

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions 
• Monitor accounts payable and process approximately 25 checks daily 
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger 
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow 
• Process invoices and update client accounts 
• Organize invoices and enter data into the accounting system 
• Research and resolve discrepancies or issues in financial records 
• Prepare accounts payable and expense reports 
• Manage and track wire transfers 
• Support senior bookkeeping staff and management as needed 

Bookkeeper Requirements: 

• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience 
• High school diploma required 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to work onsite Monday – Friday 
• Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
