A leading company specializing in innovative lighting and control solutions, located in Concord, California, is seeking an enthusiastic Distributor Sales Person to join their team. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with electrical distributors and contractors to support product adoption and growth. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and passionate about learning the technical aspects of lighting solutions. Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 / year DOE

Distributor Sales Person Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with distributors and contractors to increase product penetration and adoption
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide tailored lighting solution
• Deliver product training sessions and support sales teams with technical knowledge
• Collaborate with the internal team to manage inventory and product recommendations
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and gather market insights
• Provide ongoing support to distributors through consultations and troubleshooting

Distributor Sales Person Requirements:

• Passionate about learning new products and staying updated on industry trends
• Ability to develop strong relationships with distributors and customers
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible work schedule
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with travel and on-site visits across a broad territory
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and data review tools
