Salary Range: $260,000 / year DOE

Senior Advice & Counsel Associate/Of Counsel Responsibilities:

• Counseling employers on day-to-day employment issues, drafting and reviewing employment policies and procedures, handling ADA and FMLA matters, drafting employment contracts, providing management and employee training, and conducting workplace investigations
• Providing advice and counseling on employment law related matters
• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
• Draft and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Work closely with partners on complex employment litigation matters

Senior Advice & Counsel Associate/Of Counsel Requirements:

• 7 years of employment law experience
• Strong background in counseling employers on day-to-day employment issues, drafting and reviewing employment policies and procedures, handling ADA and FMLA matters, drafting employment contracts, providing management and employee training, and conducting workplace investigations
• Prior experience providing advice and counseling on employment law related matters is required
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
