A reputable tax firm is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join their growing team. This role focuses primarily on international individual tax compliance, with responsibilities including tax return preparation, review, and client consultations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international tax, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 / year DOE

Senior Tax Accountant Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex international tax returns for individuals
• Ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations
• Conduct tax research and provide insights on international tax matters
• Assist in managing client interactions, answering questions, and ensuring clear communication
• Support the growth of the firm by taking on increasing leadership responsibilities over time
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline tax processes and improve efficiency
• Work closely with the tax team to maintain accuracy and consistency in all filings

Senior Tax Accountant Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of international tax experience
• CPA or EA certification required
• Strong experience with Forms 5471, 3520, and 8621
• Proficiency in UltraTax and Onvio is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A commitment to stability and long-term growth within the firm
