Job Description

A leading medical technology company in Forest, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This role is responsible for handling customer orders, providing support to sales representatives, and managing general office tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a high volume of transactions, particularly towards the end of the month. The company is seeking a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively multitask.

Responsibilities

  •  Order taking by email, phone, and fax
  •  Daily processing and fulfillment of customer sales orders, field orders, and warranty replacements
  •  Provide field managers and sales representatives with customer communication and support
  •  Enter and process field managers’ and sales reps’ trunk stock and field inventory requests
  •  Process requests for quotes, pro-forma invoices, and RMAs
  •  Issue credit memos
  • Process new customer account setup and provide account support
  • Work closely with accounting on account credit holds and credit limits
  •  Answer and direct phone calls with light office reception duties
  • Assist with customer service-related projects as needed
  • Perform general office administration tasks such as filing, sorting, and organizing

Requirements

  •  2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  •  Experience handling high-volume transactions
  •  High school diploma
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  •  Ability to become proficient in Sage ERP software (training provided)
