A fast-growing and purpose-driven global clothing wholesaler based in Atlanta, GA is seeking a dynamic Bilingual International Sales Manager to drive B2B growth across Central and South America. In this role, the Sales Manager will oversee the full sales cycle for used clothing and shoes sold in bulk to wholesalers and retailers, with a strong emphasis on relationship building and market expansion. Daily responsibilities include identifying and developing new clients, growing existing accounts, customizing product offerings based on market demand, and delivering top-tier post-sale support. International travel is a key component of this role, with regular visits to client sites to build and maintain long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is a motivated, culturally aware sales professional who thrives in relationship-driven environments and is energized by international travel and the opportunity to make a global impact through meaningful, sustainable work.
Bilingual International Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow international B2B accounts in Central and South America
- Sell used clothing and shoes in bulk to wholesalers, graders, and retailers
- Execute full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing and post-sale support
- Travel internationally 1–2 times per month to visit clients and develop business relationships
- Build strong client relationships based on trust, service, and consistent communication
- Prospect for new business through cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits
- Expand business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activity and customer communications
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure inventory aligns with customer orders
- Ensure timely client payments and resolve any issues related to service or delivery
- Customize product mixes to align with local market trends and customer needs
- Adapt communication style=””>Deliver outstanding customer service to promote repeat business and client satisfaction
Bilingual International Sales Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Fully fluent in Spanish (spoken and written); native fluency preferred
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to connect across business levels and backgrounds
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships in Central or South America
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30–50% of the time
- Valid passport
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills
- Ability to source new clients through various outreach methods
- Comfortable using CRM tools and communication platforms like MS Teams and WhatsApp
