Salary Range: $150,000 − $175,000 / year DOE 

Litigation Associate Requirements: 

• Active California State Bar membership 
• 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience 
• Background in environmental, construction defect, or complex civil litigation 
• Exceptional legal writing and research capabilities 
• Demonstrated courtroom and deposition experience 
• Ability to manage a significant caseload independently 
• Commitment to professional development and teamwork 
• Stable career history with long-term potential 

Litigation Associate Responsibilities: 

• Handle all aspects of case management from inception through resolution 
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis 
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other court documents 
• Manage discovery processes, including document review and depositions 
• Interface with clients, experts, and opposing counsel 
• Contribute to case strategy development 
• Maintain billable hour requirements 
• Participate in firm initiatives and professional development
