A client-focused advisory firm in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team. This role provides client service and operational support in a fast-paced wealth management environment. Responsibilities include client communications, trade order management, marketing support, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the firm.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 / year DOE

Client Services Associate Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service and support
• Assist with trade order management and ensure accuracy in trading systems
• Maintain and update client databases and due diligence questionnaires
• Prepare and update marketing materials and presentation books
• Support investment team with administrative tasks
• Monitor trading systems and identify discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes
• Conduct research and assist with special projects

 Client Services Associate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in economics or finance is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in wealth management
• Strong understanding of financial industry terminology, including stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, and dividends
• High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in trade order systems
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
