Salary Range: $90,000 − $130,000 / year DOE 

JOC Project Manager Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of project management experience in MEP construction 
  • Proven JOC experience, including estimating and proposal development 
  • Degree in project management or engineering – flexible for experienced candidates 
  • Proficiency with Gordian software  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong leadership and client negotiation skills 
  • Experience with municipal/public works projects 
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 

JOC Project Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee projects from initial bid through final execution 
  • Manage 6-7 concurrent projects 
  • Develop proposals and budgets using Gordian system 
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and clients 
  • Ensure project compliance and timely completion 
  • Optimize project profitability 
  • Review and approve project documentation and change orders 
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings 
  • Mentor and guide junior project team members 
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed
