A well-established and growing law firm in New York, NY is seeking an Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in corporate transactional law, specifically in merging companies and venture capital. In this role, you will manage client matters across a variety of transactions, including mergers, equity financing, and venture capital work. Salary Range: $200,000 – $350,000 / year DOE

Attorney Responsibilities: 

• Manage a range of corporate transactions, including mergers, venture capital, and equity financing
• Work on multiple client matters simultaneously and participate in client meetings, providing clear and actionable legal advice
• Collaborate closely with other attorneys, partners, and administrative teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of transactions
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, term sheets, and other agreements
• Assist with due diligence processes, including reviewing documents and coordinating communications between all involved parties
• Provide guidance and legal advice to clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters
• Stay up to date with legal trends and developments in corporate law, particularly in tech and life sciences

Attorney Requirements: 

• 3-6 years of experience in corporate transactional law, with a focus on merging companies, venture capital, and equity financing
• AM Law 50-100 experience
• Must be barred in New York
• Strong background in corporate transactional law, particularly in emerging companies and venture capital
