Senior Accountant Responsibilities: 

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct month-end close procedures, including reconciliations and general ledger entries
• Monitor cash flow analytics and ensure financial stability
• Ensure proper inventory tracking and invoicing accuracy
• Support financial reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Work with accounting systems to enhance automation and streamline processes
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Senior Accountant Requirements: 

• At least 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, month-end close, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• CPA or experience with government contracts required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data analysis tools
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracts
