A rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) managing over $3 billion in assets, located in Garden Ridge, Texas, is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Client Services Manager to lead and optimize their client service operations. Wealth Management Client Services Manager Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of client service experience in an RIA  
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in wealth management or financial services 
  • Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years of relevant experience in place of degree) 
  • Proficiency with Redtail CRM, Schwab, Tamarac, and Microsoft Suite (training provided on firm-specific tools) 
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to audit, improve, and scale workflows 
  • Client-focused attitude with willingness to pitch in on paperwork/service tasks as needed 
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with advisors, the CSA team, and leadership 

Wealth Management Client Services Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and mentor 3 Client Service Associates, ensuring seamless support for 550+ households 
  • Oversee client onboarding, CRM workflows, and compliance processes 
  • Resolve escalated client issues and maintain high service standards 
  • Audit and optimize operational processes to support firm growth 
  • Collaborate with advisors and COO to implement scalable systems (e.g., Vestmark for model management, FormsLogic) 
  • Ensure team adherence to firm policies and Schwab/Tamarac custodial procedures
