Project Manager Requirements: 

• 2+ years of project management experience 
• 1+ years in construction (flooring, drywall, paint, or related interior finishes preferred) 
• Proven ability to manage and supervise team members 
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
• Experience with Procore or other construction software is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment 
• Professional demeanor with client-facing confidence 

Project Manager Responsibilities: 

• Manage 15-20 concurrent flooring projects  
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers 
• Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets 
• Order materials and ensure timely deliveries 
• Oversee subcontractor compliance and payroll processing 
• Implement and monitor safety protocols 
• Provide regular project updates to leadership 
• Identify and implement process improvements 
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism
