A respected and stable boutique litigation firm in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team. This attorney will manage a caseload of files primarily focused on personal injury and construction defect litigation. The role includes drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, participating in depositions and mediations, and preparing for trial — all while collaborating closely with the managing partner and legal team. The ideal candidate is a polished, detail-oriented attorney with 2 plus years of litigation experience, barred in Nevada, and ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong mentorship and long-term growth potential.

Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle litigation for personal injury and construction defect matters
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and write legal memoranda using Westlaw or similar tools
• Take and defend depositions, and manage discovery processes
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court hearings
• Collaborate with clients, managing partner, and legal support staff on case strategy and resolution
• Meet minimum billable requirement of 2,000 hours annually
• Participate in firm meetings and case reviews

Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• Active member of the Nevada State Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury or insurance defense
• Experience managing a litigation caseload with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Legal research experience using Westlaw preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, team-oriented, and comfortable working onsite full time
• Background in insurance defense or construction litigation is a strong plus
• Ability to handle volume with quality and efficiency
• Familiarity with handling discovery, motions practice, and trial prep
