A growing real estate investment firm is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join its San Francisco team. This role will support investor communications, manage internal reporting systems, assist with compliance and documentation, and ensure a smooth experience for a growing network of investors. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and equally comfortable drafting correspondence or refilling printer paper—no task is too big or too small.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 / year DOE

Investor Relations Associate Responsibilities

• Respond to investor inquiries and manage updates to accounts and investment documentation
• Prepare and distribute press releases, quarterly updates, and investor reports
• Maintain and update investor accounts and documentation
• Track and manage legal filings, K-1s, investment names, tax updates, and account changes
•  Ensure all required investor documentation is properly signed, filed, and compliant
• Support marketing efforts, including email communications and presentation material preparation
• Collaborate on investor reports, internal communications, and ad hoc analysis
• Order supplies, stock common areas, and ensure a professional and functional office environment

Investor Relations Associate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in investor relations, financial operations, or related roles
• Strong writing skills and experience with business communications
• Familiarity with tax documents, financial reporting, and compliance documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with investor management software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Team-player mentality
• Experience in real estate, private equity, fund management, or financial services is preferred
• Familiarity with compliance or fund operations is a plus
