The Billing Manager will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day billing operations and managing a team of billers. Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000/ year DOE

Billing Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily revenue cycle operations, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes
• Lead and manage a team of billers, ensuring smooth coordination and effective performance
• Capture, process, and send out billing in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of accuracy
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring turnaround times and other targets are met consistently
• Optimize collection efforts to ensure maximum payment for services rendered
• Implement and leverage technology to streamline and improve billing processes across the department

Billing Manager Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on medical billing
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong background in hospitalist billing and in-patient services
• Experience in home-based care and outpatient services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Proven leadership and staff management abilities with a hands-on approach
